I am taking labetalol and a diuretic for preeclampsia that has not gone away and feeding?

I was hoping that the dr would start weaning me off but because i had a high reading in his office he wants me to stay on for 4 more weeks at least, and he does not believe me that I get high readings because I am anxious and worried about having a high reading. Anyway has anyone been on these meds and fed? I have been on them for about 3 weeks now, the diuretic on and off for 2 weeks it is Hydrothiazide(sp?) the baby is doing well, but I still worry. I worry about long term exsposure since I thought I would only have to be on for 6 weeks or less....anyone have post partum preeclampsia? Share your experiance. How long did you have to be on meds? I am so deppressed over this and want to get back to normal..
