My tail lights don't work, but haz./brakes do...?

First let me tell you what happened. I had the front healights turned on, and I pulled out one of the tail lights bulbs and that's when they went out. Now when I hit the light switch, the front head lights do come on but the tail lights do not. But when I turn them of the pop up headlights do not go back down but the lights do turn off. The haz. lights do work and so do the brake lights. Another thing I noticied was that the radio works when the key is on the "on" positon but there is no sound coming from the speakers when the car is running. This is a '86 Trans Am by the way. Please help!! And I checked all the fuses and they appeared to be good.
