I'm Being Emo for Halloween I need some advice?

First do I haft to wear tight jeans. like can they be like extremly baggy or something. or just regualer black jeans. I got all the black shirts and blakc hoddie sweater, black and white converse shoes, can I have dark brown emo hair since I don't want to dye it black.
