If you owe court ordered restitution, can the court take your tax refund?

I owe $900 in over due court ordered restitution and planned to pay it off with part of my tax refund, which is over $4,000. Can the court take my part or all of my refund and if so, will they have to give me prior notice, or will they just take it automatically?
