Can someone answer me please? My Boys are ?

my boys are in dcf custody and my mom and stepfather are trying to get custody of my boys but my mom was involved with dcf over 10 years ago but me and my sister was never removed.. will that make her unable to get custody of my boys? and also my stepfather has been in jail for dwi a few times awhile back. will that make them unable to get cutody? my mother has never been to jail and her criminal record is clean. do you think they will be able to get custody?
