Dermatologist squeezed my testis?

after than day when I masturbate my right testical moves to the side more inside my body oddly. and when I masturbate at the begin I feel a strange sensation and now that it think of it it's kind of like when a house gets tangled and pressure starts to build up there until it untangles, I get a similar feeling with something near my testicals, I feel like the right one is out of place because this man squeezed it to check it out. any ideas?
