What should i do when my manager dislikes me?

in my department there are only two emplyees except my manager, my partner and I. i did more work and get more expereinces than my partner. i can do a prompt job but he cannot. but it seems that my manager doesn't think so. my partner was a bad man. he deceived and always say something bad behind me and expressed how is he diligent and smart. a same job, ican quickly make it done but he cannot. when he faces a dificulty he solves it very slowly and stupidly but my manager thought what he does is right. but actually it is not becasue i have already done a good job. my manager donesn't know that. he just came to this posititon not a long time. he is so stupid. oh, godness, what i should do?
