You can buy over the counter hairball medication for hair which also helps constipation. You can buy this at Wal-Mart. Also,mineral oil might help.You could try putting a teaspoon in some canned cat food or using a medicine dropper.Insert the dropper in between the cats cheek and tongue,that way the cat will have no choice but to swallow it.
