I have one contact that is missing on my list on Yahoo Messenger?

So that contact that is missing happens to be my Ex. I don't recall blocking or deleting her. I don't know if she had blocked me but it's impossible because even if she had, here name would still appear on the list albeit unreachable. Same thing should happen, her ID should remain on my list had she even deleted me from her contacts. So what could have probably happened?
