Hair. can anyone help me with my hair problem?

wenever i dye my hair it stays a nice color 4 two weeks but then it fades into a orange red light brown color. i really want a good hair color that wont fade or go orange/red can anyone suggest a good hair dye or product too get the red n orange tones out. btw i have toned my hair and bleached it i dont really want to reck it anymore
