Does foretelling somebody's future by palm line reading helps to predict their destiny? True or False? & Why?

as they say, "it is written!". but there are so rare excellent palm readers now, and additionally, there are several school of thoughts which have different interpretations. One day, this would be an exact science that some people would not dare to reveal what their hands say lest their enemy use it on them. Same to astrology too.
