Do you think the "it's none of my business" attitude people have nowadays condones immorality in others?

Is turning a blind eye to others transgressions in a way condoning what the person is doing? I have a friend who claims to be Christian and yet dates random men and brings them home to meet her daughter shortly after beginning to date them. This is worrisome to me but when I say something she just says to mind my own business and "judge not lest ye be judged".
