Do i take out the wine without the yeast getting mixed in the wine again?

i made my own wine and everything is done i just used welches 100 percent g juice and yeast and sugar, its done fermenting and now i need to take out the wine without the yeast re-mixing because now the yeast has settled and the wine is clear not murky anymore. how can i do this without buying some crazy stuff, last year i tried a coffee filter but it took forever and didnt really work too well.
