Can someone consciously think while being shocked with a current strong enough to lock up muscles?

For example, if someone were to touch a high voltage, high amperage wire, would they be able to consciously think while being shocked. I ask because I have a couple theories that I think might have a nice sized chunk of truth, but I need some info which I really can not find and/or test. So...can someone think while being shocked?
