Any ideas for "bloopers" for my video project?

I'm doing a project for my chemistry course; we have to act like doctors and patients and try to figure out what disease the person has on camera. My group is doing a whole section of bloopers. Some ideas are the intern poking the patient, her screaming, and the intern falling down. My brother (who is playing my friend's son) abruptly stopping in the middle of his lines and running off to "go potty," etc. Any ideas?
